Return Policy

Our goal at Sasha’s Watches is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a seven-day refund on all purchased items subject to the following conditions.

New watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a full return. Pre-owned or used watches will be accepted if the watch is in the same condition as it was sold.

If you wish to return your watch to Sasha’s Watches, you may do so for up to 15 business days for online purchases and 7 days for in-person purchases. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

In the event a return is requested, please conduct Sasha’s Watches to help facilitate the return before shipping the watch. All return shipments are at the sole cost of the customer.

Shipping Policy

All products shipped within the United States are fully insured through FedEx.

Sasha’s Watches will ship all watches overnight domestically. Shipping charge is added to order at checkout. This charge is per order and NOT per item.
