How do you grade the condition of a watch?
We will use the following five categories to assess the accurate value of your timepiece. New: New. Perfect condition and never worn. The watch has the original manufacturer's protective plastic (if applicable). It comes with the original box and papers. Mint: Near perfect. Looks like new on the wrist. Signs of wear are only visible with a loupe. The band has no stretch or wear. The watch is working properly, keeping very good time. Excellent: Super nice. Light signs of wear. Watches with the original band will have minimal stretch between the links. Very Good: Nice. Signs of wear. Depending on the age of the timepiece, watches with the original band will have loose or moderate stretch and wear between the links. Fair: Signs of heavy wear. The watch may have a few dings, nicks, or deep scratches. The band has severe stretch between the links.
What are the payment options?
Sasha’s Watches offers a variety of payment options, including wire transfer, Shop Pay, and cryptocurrency. Credit Card transaction fees will be added during the checkout.
What is our return policy?
Sasha’s Watches' goal is to obtain maximum client satisfaction; therefore, we offer a 48-hour return policy.
How do we ship?
All our orders are shipped through FedEx with insured labels equal to the amount of the purchase. A tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped.

Sasha’s Watches stands behind the authenticity of all its products. All watches and parts listed on the website are 100% original.
What is the size of the bracelet?
Men’s watches are typically sized to fit a 7.25” to 7.5” wrist. Ladies' watches are typically sized to fit a 6.25” to 6.5” wrist. If extra links are needed, please contact us to order additional links. We are happy to size your watch for you prior to shipping. Just let us know what circumference you would like the watch to be prior to shipping.
Do all your watches come with all accessories?
Each item will have a description of all its accessories. If not visibly disclaimed, all our timepieces are complete (box, papers, additional booklets, tags).
Do you outsource?
Yes, our goal is to offer all watches to our clients. If you are looking for a specific model, please, get in touch with our team to request a quote.
Do you sell watch parts?
Yes, as part of our service, we would source any original watch part.
